First time to make cream cake, that is not easy to buy whipped cream , at the end I brought it in Yau Ma Tei , and need to wait for 1 day to defroze the cream, every thing go smooth, but the almond slice is not crisp enough , next time will try another one, anyway , it is yummy !!! kakaka!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
