想做朱古力給mother 可是不太理想,有些失敗了,只剩下幾粒,唯有下次再做過!

Orange pound cake

This time failed ! may be I don't have enough time to make this cake, the cake is little bit too hard and too dry .

Cream cake again

This time the cake is too "thin" that is the only thing that not make me satisfy, I think next time can make a perfect one !!!!

2 個蛋榚

今天一口氣學了2 個蛋榚,第一個用了2層燉蛋和2層海綿蛋榚,也不太難.
第二個是心形泡芙中間夾了Tiramisu,餅面的糖膏玫瑰花,也不太難,挺好玩的.
上完這兩堂要到二月中才有時間去學,有師傅教確能減低自己在家做cake 時的失敗機會,有疑問都可以搵師傅問下.

Blueberry peach cake

After a failed sponge cake last night, I make another one this morning, it is much better , I use 1 can of peach, and diced some inside the cake, still have a lot left, so decorate on the cake, the blueberries are very big, it make the cake looks smaller, I use 110g cream, it is not enough, next time will use about 200g .

Butter pound cake

Follow the cook book to make, not sure is it correct, taste like what it is, just a little bit over done.

Blueberry cheese cake

Firt time to make this cake, those blueberries are very big, I think it can use for 3 cakes.

Chocolate

I've learn a lesson for making chocolate today, that is full of fun, most of them are simple and delicious, I will make chocolate to my family and colleague on Chinese new year and Valentine's day!!!!!!!!!!

失敗之作

不知怎的海綿蛋榚焗了很久,但中間有部份不熟,但表面很乾其它就剛剛好,唯有切去半個,所以原本四方的cake變了長方型,今次cream打得好些,還買了日本strawberry,好大粒,sweet sweet !

Strawberry cake

First time to make cream cake, that is not easy to buy whipped cream , at the end I brought it in Yau Ma Tei , and need to wait for 1 day to defroze the cream, every thing go smooth, but the almond slice is not crisp enough , next time will try another one, anyway , it is yummy !!! kakaka!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

油麻地一日遊

講起大長今,都想番睇多一次,之前 miss左幾集.
今日去左油麻地搵陳枝記同二德惠,同樣在上海街,在陳枝記附近有好多同類既店,基本上,任何同飲食有關既工具都有,我行左兩三間,都係覺得陳枝記平d,多人d,我見到好多買鯉魚模,預傋做年榚,
我見有個米奇老鼠型既蛋榚圈,但係比圓型貴成倍,所以都係無買,睇睇下,有隻貓出現,我摸佢個頭,佢就舐我隻手,最後買左幾樣野就去二德惠,樓下無招牌,上到去比想像中細,志在去買盒,同埋甜忌廉,買完就走,明天要做蛋榚!!!!!!!!

早幾日經過千色店,見有湯包賣,買左呢個雲芝姬茸湯,個阿姐好認真同我講,要小心飲食,
又講好治癌既食療等等......令我想起一個人...........長今!!

Bread pudding

A simple pudding that I like most, usually we can find it in hotel buffet, I bake 4 cup, and ate 2 cup !!!!!!!!! too much la !!! anyway , it taste good. next time will try try other cake / pudding.
