
This is the first time I make sponge cake,
not that difficult,
I make many flowers on the top (other people only few pcs)
and some icing sugar of course ( that's my flavour) !!!
and I decided to make cake at home later.
今日去中環做檢查,搞掂咗就去附近睇吓有乜嘢食,上次同好友去 中環行過一段 石板街,今日行埋另一段,見到有間餐廳,主要都係買麵包,之前網上有人介紹過,見佢排晒隊,今日可能黃雨嘅關係,唔使排隊仲有好多位,攞咗位之後,望一望啲麵包,樣樣都好吸引,叫咗一個Pain au chocolat...
